  I am giving this pool 2 stars. I like that its not that busy and my kids love going to this pool. Although I have to agree with one of the comments posted above about the rules. I understand safety is key but I feel as though these rules are so over the top. Also no rules are posted anywhere So you are never even aware of what rules apply. No passing black line if you cant touch which um ok but if an adult is with you why would this even matter? Also my kids had floats on them which is coast guard approved. This is just one rule on top of many others which again you are unaware of until they yell at you and embarrass you. The people are not very friendly. We also did a birthday party there. The staff again embarrassed me in front of my guest and refused to allow anyone into the pool until it was paid for. Which I have been to several Bday parties at this location and they always keep a list until the end and you pay for all your guest at the same time. This is what keeps you from having to go back and forth as your guest arrive. Not only did that happen the staff at the concession stand were very rude as well. I was told by many people that if I needed my cake to be refrigerated they would put it in their fridge. When I asked if they would refrigerate the cake for me the one lady first asked me if I was at the pavilion, I said yes. Than said there is shade over there. I just looked at her I am sure my face said it all it was over 90 degrees outside my cake would have melted. I guess at that point she decided to help but the whole time she was huffing and puffing after first telling me there was no room. Than I ask if the freezer was available. She was practically throwing things around I just kept my mouth shut, and allowed her to throw a fit. Again my kids really love this pool, but I would rather go else where. Be your own judge this was just my experience.
