  I called about a Jeld-Wen window and gave them the model number, they said they didn't manufacture it and couldn't tell me anything about the window. Since it was a jeld-wen I thought I was calling the right place, when I asked if they could give me the specs or any info, she acted like I was an idiot. VERY POOR manners for cust serve. You'd think the economy was booming and they don't care about their customers.
